Nadja's form of teaching was top class. I was struggling with my German at third level and needed some help to get a decent grade. Nadja was extremely helpful and a pleasure to have as a tutor. The lessons took place in Nadja's home and she immediately put me at ease from the first lesson. She was also very accommodating with the times that suited me week by week. I would tell her what I was struggling with and she would go in-depth with it with me and made sure I understood it at a high standard by the end of the lesson. She would also send me exercises throughout the week which I could practice on. She helped me particularly with course material including presentations, complex essay writing and grammar. I also liked how Nadja was very fast with her replies and if I had any questions throughout the week she would answer them over email. Very reasonable with her price, I couldn’t recommend her enough! John helped me pass my German and Italian college supplementary exams this summer. I definitely couldn't have done them without him. He focused on my main grammar problems and gave me the confidence that I needed to ace my exams. The classes consisted of returning to the basics of grammar ensuring any doubts were eliminated then we repeated past exam papers until I felt completely prepared for any exam questions they could throw at me. I have decided to continue grinds with John this year, as this one on one service gives me a second opinion in my college essays as well as confidence in learning the languages, speaking them and doing exams! if I could give a higher rating on this I would 10/10!

David is not only an excellent grinds teacher he is an amazing motivator. I am a third level student studying Business and German in my second year. I done two lessons with David per week for about 2 months leading up to my German oral exam. As David is from Germany he teaches you the correct pronunciation and sound patterns that are used in the German language. He was very accessible as I could contact him about grammar, pronunciation and structure anytime I was studying. After the 2 months, I not only feel like I have improved but I feel more motivated and want to better my understanding of the German language. I would highly recommend David to anyone who wants to better there language skills.

David is highly qualified, reliable and flexible. I cannot say a bad word about him… his grinds are truly a bargain at 20 euro an hour. He has been very helpful in helping me prepare for my final year university exams in German. His teaching methods are slow and resourceful and both his English and German are very easily understood.
