I did around 7 online sessions with Lu before my HSK1 exams. Online would not be my preference as I am a bit of a technology dinosaur but it worked way better than I expected. Lu is patient and clear in her explanations and went over problematic areas with me. Her explanations are easily understood and her English is native speaker level.
