Lawrie has been teaching my 6 year old and 8 year old sons to play the acoustic guitar for two weeks. One is a complete beginner and the other has played for a year. They are both learning new music quickly and have really enjoyed their lessons. Lawrie is punctual, professional and really good with children.

The attitude of the pupil is so important for the teacher, Dan can inspire and give you a place to aim for if you, the pupil do the practice during your own time. Dan is very good at giving direction and you find yourself fulfilling targets you did not realise were there. I'm having fun, I'm making progress, I would not be in that position if I was not having lessons with Dan. Although the internet is useful for reference you will not make the same progress as working with Dan, get some lessons from him!
