Melissa has been a great piano teacher. I am an adult learner and it has been a great experience being her student. She is really good at inculcating good techniques from the very start, which I think has been of great help to me. Also, her lessons are quite interesting, it never feels boring or a chore. She makes it fun and gives good tips all along the way during the lessons. I think she tailors the lessons according to the individual student's needs, hence it doesn’t feel too fast or too slow for me. She is quite patient, she understands and corrects my problems very well. I highly recommend Melissa as a piano teacher.

I chose you Catherine to be Sophie's trumpet teacher because you were near by so I thought would make for more convenient lessons but also i thought being a young lady may prove more inspirational to Sophie as she may be able to better identify herself in you. She clearly was relaxed in your lessons and importantly seemed to enjoy them. I think a highlight for her and me were the moments when you played for her/us. Best of luck in the future.
