Only had 1 lesson so far, but my daughter enjoyed it! We've had good experiences in the past from teachers, but felt it was more result focused (ie 'let's learn to play this song'), rather than provide her the fundamentals and tools to give her better flexibility and capability to enjoy her instrument. Campbell has taken this pre-lesson feedback on board, and is taking a more hybrid approach with my daughter - mixing necessary musical understanding with learning to play music she enjoys. Im hoping this will yield better progression for my daughter. All good so far!
