I have enjoyed learning the music he has suggested and the warm up exercises have helped me increase my stamina for the trumpet. He also introduced me to playing with recordings of his piano accompaniment at home, posture and breathing to maximise intonation of sound and frequency of notes. He is always looking for ways for me to improve and can duet with you on his trumpet so you hear both parts together. So far so good. He is more interested in the quality of sound you produce rather than range of notes.
