Personal Description:

Kieran completed his Master’s degree in Violin Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, where he studied violin with John Crawford. He has a first-class undergraduate music degree from Royal Holloway University of London, where he studied violin with Anna Cashell.
Since then, Kieran has been involved in many musical projects, from orchestral playing with Siegfried Camerata and others, to session recording both from his own home studio and in commercial studios. He was a wandering violinist entertainer at Sandown Park Racecourse; played with progressive rock band The Connoisseur; performed in the chamber group Duo Realia; arranged and performed music for weddings and events, and has masterminded the collaborative YouTube band **Removed By Admin**.

Tutoring Experience:

Kieran has taught both violin and music theory privately to all levels for over a decade, both in person, and online over Zoom. Before moving to Stratford-upon-Avon, he worked for the Surrey Arts Music Service for 9 years, doing everything from individual teaching to group teaching, whole class teaching, orchestral tutoring for junior strings orchestras and county-level youth orchestra, conducting and running a senior strings orchestra, and even producing audio and video recordings of at-home performances during the pandemic.
