Personal Description:
Hello, I'm Hope. I am a graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester (BMus Vocal Studies and Opera). I have a passion for music and enjoy teaching people of all ages and abilities.
Tutoring Experience:
I have tutored music theory, flute and classical/pop/musical theatre singing on a 1-1 basis, both preparing the students for exams and 'just for fun'. I currently teach around 30 students at two music schools in Telford and privately at my home studio.
Tutoring Approach:
I am friendly and approachable. I am not strict, but I believe that a pupil will only get out of learning what they put in. I have tutored people from ages 7 - 70, and do stand by the fact that it is never too late or the wrong time to learn an instrument.
