I have been taking classes with Chao since December 2020 and I would 100% recommend her. She is one of the best language teachers I have ever had. She is always incredibly prepared and completely tailors her classes to my level and interests - ensuring that I get a balance between reading, listening, speaking and writing. She clearly loves what she does and she feeds that into every lesson. She's strikes the perfect balance between encouraging me but also challenging me with content of a higher level. Over the past few months, we've noticed that my listening level needs improving so we have been focussing on that in class and she's been so supportive both inside and outside my class in helping me get better. She is really fantastic. I would definitely recommend her for all Chinese levels.

I have been very happy with the tutoring Katarzyna has given me. She takes great care to tailor her class to the student and introduces new words/concepts at a speed which suits the individual which I really appreciate. Something I have been very grateful for is that she emphasises speaking polish well, rather than just correctly and will offer tips on how to speak in a good style. Her grammar explanations are easy to understand and remember - which is especially important for Polish! Overall I have been very impressed by the classes and would recommend her to any other beginners.

We can only recommend Dagmar! As Germans living abroad, Harare (Zimbabwe), we were looking for an online teacher for our daughter to prepare her for Cambridge O-level (and later A-level) exams. Our daughter has not had any German lessons so far and already now, after a few hours, you can see (hear) a progress in her pronunciation. We really wanted a teacher who would be A.) German as her mother tongue and B.) has experience with the O-Levels (and the pastpapers and rules etc.), furthermore she should C.) be available online. With Dagmar we had found all three. After the first 2 hours it was clear that a collaboration could take place. The lessons are well prepared and adapted to the needs of our daughter. The atmosphere during the lessons is positive and constructive, something that is very good for our daughter. She does not find it exhausting and is looking forward to the lessons. The internet connection is no problem at all, the lessons are done via Skype and have always gone smoothly. In case of power failure we switch to solar energy. Regarding FIRST TUTORS: It was not easy to register as a foreigner, because we do not have a British postal code. In the end this was only possible via British friends. The French are much more advanced in this respect. Best Sabine
