I was given three lessons with Vanessa as a gift from my daughters. I really enjoyed the sessions, I feel we covered quite a lot, and what I appreciated was that Vanessa quickly grasped that, although I was a complete beginner, she didn't have to proceed from first principles with the grammar, as I could grasp that quickly from knowing French, and so we didn't waste time on things I already understood, but instead could concentrate on pronounciation (fiendish!) and vocabulary. This kind of tailored approach is what makes one to one teaching so valuable I think, especially with a good teacher which Vanessa certainly is. Muito obrigada Vanessa.
