Personal Description:

I'm a final year Business and Law student in UCD. Having attended an all-Irish speaking primary and secondary school, I am a native Irish speaker. I completed my Leaving Cert in 2021 achieving 602 points, including H1's in Irish and Biology. I have a detailed knowledge of the curriculum for both Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert students.

Tutoring Experience:

I have worked in an all-Irish speaking summer camp for three years, working with kids from the age of 6 up to 18. I have also been working as an Irish grinds teacher for students in primary, Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert for the past four years. In addition to this, I've worked part-time in a Gaelscoil in their afterschool centre for the past two years.

Approach to Grinds:

My approach to grinds is to make the student feel comfortable and confident in their abilities, no matter the level of study. I'm aware that each student has different goals that need to be catered for, and my hope is that by working together, we'll be able to reach their full potential. I use an interactive online whiteboard for my classes in which I upload my notes, whilst being able to call my students.
