Personal Description:
I am currently a teacher in a Dublin secondary school. My class groups average from 21-40% H1s at higher level Biology each year. My own education includes an Undergrad BSc. in Zoology and three Masters degrees.
Tutoring Experience:
Teaching Junior Cert and Leaving Cert classes for 6 years. Teaching Adult Education classes for 6 years. I also work as a Leaving Cert exam corrector.
Approach to Grinds:
My grinds are focussed on the topics most commonly examined from the Biology syllabus, and on helping you maximise the efficiency of your own study. We will work to find the topics you need the most help with, and then work to make your notes and study resources as efficient as possible. By only focussing on the “need to know” parts of each topic, you can save time on your study while maximising the useful material to learn and retain for the exams.
