Personal Description:

I am a Learning and Development Business Partner within the Biopharmaceutical Industry. I have six years of experience working in the lab as a Quality Control Analyst within the biopharmaceutical industry. As a Learning and Development Business Partner, I train people and teach daily.

I have a 1:1 Masters Degree in Biopharmaceutical Science from IT Sligo (2022) and a 1:1 Degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science from DCU.

Tutoring Experience:

I love tutoring people and helping them to overcome their struggles. I tutored my college friends during exam season, and they were always grateful for it! I have professionally tutored primary, secondary and college students for the past five years. As a result, I understand the junior and leaving cert sciences syllabus. I also provide thesis reviews and corrections for final-year science students. Approach to Grinds:

I excel as a tutor because I can work with a range of students of diverse abilities and address each student's difficulties individually. My approach is simple:
(1) I conduct an initial assessment to determine the student's current level of knowledge and areas of weakness, as this will determine the pace and where the lessons will start.
(2) The basics will always be taught to ensure the proper foundation is available.
(3) Regular homework will be given and checked.
(4) The session will be interactive, and the student will be asked to solve questions in the session.
(5) Sessions will be recorded so the learner can review the material.
