Personal Description:

My name is Sarah and I graduated from St. Angela's College in 2009. I am a permanent Home Economics teacher in Swords and also work for the State Examinations Commission correcting the Home Economics Leaving Cert exam papers and Leaving Cert Home Economic Journals.

I offer grinds online. Rate is €50.00 per hour.

I am a fully qualified Home Economics teacher with a B.Ed (Hons) degree from St. Angela's College Sligo in 2007. I have experience in correcting the Home Economic Journals so I know what you need to achieve your H1 AND I HAVE H1 SAMPLE assessments ready for you to use.

I have been teaching for the last 11 years in Dublin and Mayo. I have always taught Home Economics to Higher Level with H1 results. I have excellent notes that I believe got students their H1.

I have a seasoned experience marking and preparing students for both Junior Cert and Leaving Cert Home Economics. I am also an experienced Junior Cert. Practical Studies examiner and have been marking the exam for the past 7 years am also corrected the Journals so know exactlywhat you need to get your 20%. I have excellent sample material on all the assignments ready to get you the best result possible.

I have corrected the Religion Journals also so I am ready to give you the best advice and help you achieve an excellent grade.

I have also taught in a private grinds school, teaching a Leaving Cert repeat class

Approach to Grinds:

I will cater to the particular needs of any student, I use active learning methods and simplify material so students fully understand each concept they are learning. I have excellent notes and sample H1 answers/ Journals for Home Economics (junior/ Senior) and also Religion.

I will also integrate past examination paper questions (both State Examination papers and mock examination papers) into each session.

Leaving Certificate Home Economics Journal Work: Guidance and notes on offer for the completion of the tasks. Will take up drafts of the tasks for detailed correction, extra guidance and tips to gaining the full 20%. Will give you H1 samples of the assignments so you know what you need.
