Personal Description:
I am a fully qualified French and German teacher, having worked in England, Dublin, and Belfast. I am familiar with CCEA, AQA GCSE and A-level as well as junior and leaving cert. I am a semi-native German speaker and have spent substantial time in Lyon France and Hamburg Germany. I can offer exam based lessons or general conversational classes to improve communication.
Tutoring Experience:
I trained in Newcastle as a French and German teacher, finishing in July 2021.
Since then I have worked at the High School Dublin and Foyle College Derry.
Approach to Grinds:
I find that language learning should be fun and engaging. Languages are alive and ever-changing and whether you want to pass an exam or just improve your conversational abilities it's so important that you really engage with the language, the music, culture and people who come with it… and that you enjoy yourself!
