Information About Richard - Athenry tutor

Personal Description:

I am a dedicated post-primary school teacher who is qualified to teach English, History and Politics and Society. I aim to provide grinds that assist students in achieving their academic goals while creating a fun and enjoyable (I hope!) learning environment.

Tutoring Experience:

For the past four years, I have been teaching Junior Cycle English and History with various learning groups, while supporting students with dyslexia and additional learning needs. In class, I aim to ensure students are recieving the best practice possible to their assessments and use various techniques to build understanding in my subjects.

Approach to Grinds:

My approach to Grinds is to cater to each student. Depending on how you best learn, I am happy to provide resources, lessons and study notes to support that. I ask that students who attend grinds are prepared to learn so they can receive the most benefit out of their time.
