Information About Radhika - Dublin tutor

Personal Description:

Bill Nye the Science Guy quoted "There's nothing I believe in more strongly than getting young people interested in science and engineering, for a better tomorrow, for all humankind". I am currently a MEngSc in Electronics and Computer Engineering student at University College Dublin, Ireland.
I have two years of work experience in automotive electronics based company-KPIT Technologies Ltd, India. I worked on the infotainment systems which would translate well into this industry. I have gained knowledge on CAN and LIN and also on DSPACE Automation for testing clusters. I have gained experience on verification and validation of Instrument clusters as well. I also have basic knowledge on AUTOSAR Integration- CAN and Ethernet Communication.

Tutoring Experience:

Teaching Expereince - I have conducted home grinds for College Students mainly Maths. Even though I have less online tutoring experince , I have almost 1 - 2 years experience teaching in NGO's for education deprived children in India. I also have taken tutoring classes for Japanese students so that they can improve their spoken English skills.

Approach to Grinds:

What I have learned from my expereince is that, take a pratical approach. Students don't want to be given the same old notes to learn after a long day at school. What you need to do is show them what they're doing, why they're doing it and how they know it's the correct thing to do. Your job essentially is to explain everything carefully and to train them not just to know the subject, but to think about it too. If you accomplish this, then the chances are that they'll go quite far.
