Personal Description:

I am an experienced, full time Biology, Home Economics and Science teacher. Originally from Tipperary, I moved to Dublin after graduating from St. Angela’s College with my B.Ed degree in 2016. I have since completed a postgraduate in Nutrition and lecture Biomedicine part time in Dublin. I have a passion for teaching and enjoy helping students reach their potential in these subject areas.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a Biology, Home Economics and Science teacher, with plenty of experience teaching all year groups including exam years.
I have experience marking State Examinations including LC exams, LC assignment work and JC craftwork/practical exams. I have excellent differentiation skills and can greatly assist students with additional learning needs.

Approach to Grinds:

I am a engaging, enthusiastic teacher with excellent communication skills and subject knowledge. I support students in reaching their academic potential, while building confidence along the way. My lessons prioritise students' understanding of material while mastering exam technique, which is key to exam success.
I can tutor one-on-one or in groups.
