Information About Nichola - Dublin tutor

Personal Description:

My name is Nichola and I’m a social and confident person. I very much enjoy my subjects and helping people to reach their full potential.

My classroom experience has taught me that even the best teachers may struggle to address all student needs in a 40 minute class. I think one-on-one tutoring is a can be extremely beneficial to target student specific difficulties and individualised success strategies.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a qualified English and Irish teacher with 7 years classroom experience and over 10 years experience in private tutoring. I also have examiner experience giving me insight into key sections and maximising marks in exams.

I’ve worked with all secondary year groups, and taught my subjects at each level. (Higher, ord, foundation)

Approach to Grinds:

Grinds online only.

I prioritise subject confidence and identifying specific areas to improve for each individual student.

Students can submit an unlimited amount of work for correction and feedback, including classroom assignments, mocks etc.

Students also gain complete access to my professional resources via Google drive.

Mock oral exams for 6th year students offered.
