Personal Description:
Hi, my name is Kush and I am a software engineer with 8 years of experience working at Microsoft. I have always been passionate about technology, and I find software engineering to be a particularly rewarding field because of the way it allows me to create innovative solutions to complex problems.
In my spare time, I love to code and explore new technologies. I also have a deep interest in science and mathematics, which I find fascinating because of the way they help us understand the world around us. Whether I'm tinkering with a new coding project or delving into a difficult mathematical concept, I always enjoy the challenge of learning something new.
Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work on some exciting projects and contribute to some truly groundbreaking software products. One of my proudest accomplishments was writing mobile applications for startups which are now bigger companies still using my app, which taught me a lot about the importance of collaboration, creativity, and persistence.
Looking ahead, my goal is to continue to grow as a software engineer and explore new ways to use technology to make a positive impact on the world. Whether working on a new app, experimenting with a new programming language, or mentoring a new engineer, I am always eager to learn and share my knowledge with others.
Tutoring Experience:

Approach to Grinds:
As a teacher, I believe that creativity and empathy are two of the most important qualities I can bring to the classroom. I am constantly looking for new and innovative ways to help my students learn, and I love experimenting with different teaching methods to find what works best for each individual.
Before I even begin teaching, I always take the time to get to know my students and understand their unique learning styles, strengths, and challenges. This allows me to tailor my approach to each individual and ensure that they are getting the support and guidance they need to succeed.
In addition to being creative and empathetic, I am also a strong communicator and enjoy working collaboratively with my students. I believe that learning is a two-way process, and I always strive to create a supportive and engaging environment where my students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.
Whether I'm teaching a complex concept, providing feedback on an assignment, or simply listening to a student's concerns, I always approach my work with a spirit of creativity, empathy, and collaboration. By putting the needs of my students first and constantly striving to improve my teaching practice, I am able to help each individual reach their full potential and achieve their academic and personal goals.
