Information About Kristine - Galway tutor

Personal Description:

Originally from Canada, I have been working in Ireland for over four years now. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Msc in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am about to finish up a second Master's of Research in Psychology.

Overall, I am a strong writer and I minored in English Literature during my undergraduate studies. I am a certified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher and I am also fluent in French and can speak proficient Spanish and Italian.

Tutoring Experience:

I have 7 years of experience working as both an ESL and French language tutor/teacher and I have about two years of experience working as an advanced English tutor where I have helped students with their essay writing (post-primary and university level) and preparation for TOEFL and Cambridge English exams.

Approach to Grinds:

I am an organised tutor who is adept at identifying how best to help students reach their goals - be it to complete an essay, improve their essay writing skills, improve their French or English grammar, etc… I like to work with each student to understand how they can use their strengths and skills to achieve a particular goal at school, for an exam, or for a person goal (i.e. language skills for travel).
