Personal Description:

First class honours Immunology graduate from Trinity College Dublin, currently working as a research assistant in the Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute. I achieved 589 Leaving Cert points, which included a H1 in biology and a H2 in maths. I am therefore well equipped with the skills and resources to effectively instil my scientific knowledge in students and can also offer career advice to those interested in the biological/biomedical domains.

Tutoring Experience:

With over three years of online and in-person experience tutoring students ranging from primary school to Leaving Cert, including time during the Covid-19 pandemic, I am dedicated to creating a positive outlook on study and preparing the student for success in their exams, no matter what their personal goals may be. I plan to pursue a PhD in the near future, demonstrating my passion for education, research, and biomedical sciences. In addition, I teach piano casually and hold a Grade 8 Honours certificate from the Royal Irish Academy of Music.

Approach to Grinds:

I listen to the student and cover the topics they wish, ensuring each session is interactive and engaging. I place huge emphasis on past exam paper questions, and can provide concise study notes to the student after each session if they wish.
