Personal Description:

I am pursuing my doctoral studies at the University of Limerick in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. I completed my education up till master's degree from India.

Approach to Grinds:

In my experience, I came across students of varying levels of intelligence yet one critical attribute that complements intelligence is hard work. A student has to be tenacious in her/his approach towards the subject of study. My tutoring style revolves around this particular characteristic where I work with students diligently by making them understand various concepts and then practicing them over time.
Usually, I like to have an informal meeting with the student before we commence the tutoring sessions in order to have a brief outlook of the student's approach towards the subject. I believe that a student's approach towards learning is more crucial than his/her actual level of knowledge. Once the student and I get familiar and comfortable I propose a study plan according to the needs and capability of the student. This plan includes tutoring sessions along with regular assessments to have a clear presentation of progress.
