Personal Description:

My name is Ellie. I’m currently studying biological and chemical sciences in UCC. I have a great passion for the two subjects and achieved over 95% in both subjects in my own leaving cert exams . I am available for in person and online grinds. I am currently being garda vetted.

Tutoring Experience:

I have experience giving grinds to junior cert students while I was studying for my leaving cert as well as peer assisted learning in my secondary school for both chemistry and biology. I am proud to announce my students on average achieve a grade 28% higher than before taking lessons with me.

Approach to Grinds:

My experience in giving grinds has allowed me to develop an exam focused approach to grinds. My notes are constantly being kept in line with state exams marking scheme. This ensures my students are extremely familiar with answering exam questions, maximizing grades. I also achieve this by focusing on underlying concepts as well so students can develop a deeper understanding of the subjects , thus improving their grades.
