Hello Everyone!
I am glad you have taken your first step towards success and you are considering me to support you in your journey.

As growing up I was always a mentor and tutor to my siblings and I enjoyed teaching them. It was these small challenges that motivated me to teach and support students in their most crucial part of life.
I am very passionate about teaching my students and consider their success as my individual responsibility. I was excellent and top scorer in subjects like Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English.
I have practiced and learnt some great and unique methodologies that help students cope with difficulties which they face in school and are not able to discuss with anyone.
I am a rank holder in Maths and Science subjects
I am a graduate in Business Management from Bangalore University
I have completed M.Sc in Management Consultancy from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School
I am a gold medalist in Throw Ball and have won many awards for Debates, Science Exhibitions, Live Science Projects, Competitions, Elocution

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught my siblings and have seen tremendous improvement in their scores and development of positive interest towards difficult subjects.
I have conducted many counselling sessions to help students plan and decide their career choices that match their interests
I have provided consultations to students for completing their assignments, exam preparation, motivation building, development of interests towards difficult subjects, and learning concepts based on their own approach of understanding

Approach to Grinds:

Teaching my siblings is the only teaching experience I have. Hence I believe no one technique can fit all. I believe understanding a student and his/her way of learning is very important before I design an approach for them.

 I use a very personalised approach to match the comfort of each student such that they are not under any competitive pressure.

 I don't believe in students memorising theories, instead understanding them thoroughly in their own simple language and being able to apply those theories in practice.

 I use examples from everyday life that simplifies complex theories and helps in quick understanding

 I conduct frequent and regular short exams to measure and track progress

 I provide test papers that students can solve at home and use as practice material at no additional cost

 I allocate time with each student to discuss their challenging areas on a one-to-one basis. This way they can narrate all their concerns without any hesitation

 I also would like to discuss the progress with the parents (where possible) and assure them that their children are being taken care of.
