Personal Description:
I am an experienced English teacher with an undergraduate degree in Applied Foreign Languages in Management and Commerce, specializing in Translation and Interpretation (Greek/ English/ Italian). I also hold a Higher Diploma in English and have also completed a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as an International or Other Language.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching English as a foreign or second language as well as academic writing and business English for the past nine years. My experience involves teaching all ages and levels, both for exams and general use. I have taught in Greece, Ireland and Italy in both monolingual and multilingual classes.
Approach to Grinds:
My number one aim is to identify the student’s needs as well as areas for improvement. I then proceed to design my lessons around the learning goals that have been decided upon. In class, I strive to create a friendly and warm atmosphere and apply a student-centered approach to teaching.
