Personal Description:
Hello, I am a 4th Year student teacher in St. Angela's College. I teach Home Economics and Biology (Junior Cycle Science). I will be completing my professional masters in Education next year. I love all things Home Economics and Biology and I feel every student should get the chance to excel in the subject.
Tutoring Experience:
4 Years of teacher placement. I was an examiner for the Junior Cycle Home Economics Exams 2024.
Approach to Grinds:
I like to discuss what the learner likes and dislikes about current teaching approaches being used. I like to look at past exams or mocks if available to get a grasp of where the learner needs more help. I like to use real life examples as much as I can and where applicable. I discuss with the learner where they think they need more help or what areas of the subject they struggle to understand.
