Information About Conor - Kinnegad tutor

Personal Description:

An outgoing and enthusiastic university student of languages. Always pushes students to their fullest potential. I have a C1 level of French and a B2 level of Spanish and got a H1 in the French Leaving Cert in 2019.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught Leaving Cert French Grinds since 2020. I have also taught for 6 months in a Spanish high school and another 2 months in a Spanish Immersion summer camp in the south of Spain. I’m currently getting my TEFL credentials so that I can be a fully qualified teacher of foreign languages in the future.

Approach to Grinds:

I always offer a level assessment free of charge before I undertake and commit to any student. This is for me to be able to structure lessons and to gain insight into the amount of knowledge the student already has in this subject. I provide students with updated vocab and grammar sheets every week. I always listen to my students and try to be as flexible and inclusive as possible in my lessons - if the student isn’t enjoying themselves, they aren’t going to take in any information!
