Personal Description:
I am a final year student teacher. I am studying Home Economics and Irish in Saint Angelas College Sligo. My hobbies include Camogie, football and baking. I have a passion for teaching my subjects.
Tutoring Experience:
I have subbed and completed teaching practice in a range of schools. I have taught in contrasting schools giving me a wide range of teaching skills and an ability to adapt to students learning levels. I also have experience as an exam superintendent, setting up and supervising practical Leaving Certificate exams. I have also completed July Provision, teaching students with varying educational needs.
Approach to Grinds:
I will work 1 to 1 with students, focusing on areas of difficulty for the students. I will adapt my teaching abilities to suit the students learning style and abilities. I will use a range of teaching strategies and resources to aid this learning.
