Personal Description:

I am an experienced primary teacher with over 22 years working in a variety of school settings and with children from all backgrounds and with a variety of needs.

I am particularly passionate about teaching our native language of Gaeilge but i also love instilling an enjoyment of Maths in the pupils i teach.

I also believe that positive wellbeing is the pre cursor to learning so i like to work on a child's self confidence as part of each lesson.

Tutoring Experience:

I have over 22 years experience working as a mainstream and Special Needs teacher. I have worked as a tutor with both primary and secondary level students up to Leaving Cert level, mostly in the subjects of Maths and Gaeilge.

I now teach children with additonal educational needs within the mainstream setting, so I am proficient at tailoring my lessons to suit various educational needs.

Approach to Grinds:

Online grinds on a 1 to 1 basis.

Emphasis on making learning fun and tailoring lessons to suit the child's needs.
