Information About Bernardo - Galway tutor

Personal Description:

Hi, I’m Bernardo! I’m currently studying Engineering at the University of Galway. I give grinds in Maths, Physics, and Computer Science — subjects I have a real interest in. I went to the Bish here in Galway, and during my time there I developed a strong passion for learning, especially when it came to problem-solving and figuring out how things work.

Now, I really enjoy helping others get to grips with these subjects and hopefully make them a bit more approachable.

Tutoring Experience:

I have many hours of grinds under my belt in Leaving and Junior cert maths for both higher and ordinary levels.

I know the exam structure, marking scheme, and frequency of each topic in and out for the subjects I teach, as well as all the tips and tricks to keep ahead.

Approach to Grinds:

I give exam-focused grinds that are all about building a solid understanding of the basics and then growing confidence level in the subject.

I’m patient and know that getting the hang of a subject takes time. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style so they can learn it their way.
