Information About Aurora - Dublin tutor

Personal Description:

My name is Aurora, I'm a 31 year old girl and I'm from a small town of the north of Spain called Pamplona. I have lived in Dublin for the last 7 years and I just moved back to Spain. Due to the "covid" circuntances, I hadn't been able to go home much and a little break was highly needed. However, I'd love to continue teaching Spanish as It's something I truly love! I like to describe myself as a very enthusiastic and friendly teacher, but also very organised and professional.

Tutoring Experience:

I had been living in Ireland for almost 3 years when I realised that I really wanted to teach Spanish and that's why I trained in The Cervantes Institute of Dublin where I did 2 of their teaching courses. After that I decided to do a Masters to teach Spanish as a Second Language. I worked in Olé School of Languages School where I practiced all that I'd learnt throughout my studies. I worked with both adults and children and I had an amazing experience. I have also worked privately.

Approach to Grinds:

This is a one-to-one + online only profile.

I'm happy to work around my student's needs: preparing for exams (junior cert, leaving cert… ), conversational classes, preparing for a trip to Spain, etc. We can previously have a chat and come to an agreement about what the classes would be like.
I believe that learning a language can be fun and exciting so I love to create dynamic classes, using games and fun apps like Kahoot! when possible.
