Personal Description:

Hi! My name is Anouchka and I'm a history student at UCD. I'm half-Irish and half-French, and have moved here from Belgium to study. I graduated from a European School (European Baccalaureate) with a specialisation in the humanities, and can speak native French, English and A2/B1 Dutch/Flemish! I'm skilled in both oral presentation (average score of 99% in oral exams) and written productions, and am able to give grinds for French, History and general Essay Writing and Study Skills.

Tutoring Experience:

I have previous experience tutoring English, French, history, economics and basic IT skills at the equivalent of Junior Cycle level, and currently work once a week as a teaching assistant in a preschool level music class.

Approach to Grinds:

Learning in a way which works for you is the key to success, and my goal as a tutor is to help the student get to know their own style and give them the confidence needed to approach learning in a stress-free way. I mainly focus on helping students understand their study needs better, and my tutoring will be adapted on an individual basis depending on their struggles, preferences, and habits, while of course covering the course material necessary and ensuring everything goes smoothly.
