Personal Description:
I am an experienced tutor with Ph.D. in biotechnology having special expertise in advanced chemistry and biology. I have taught various subjects specially chemistry and biology from school to university level and also demonstrated various experiments/illustrations to students to show practicality of the subject and help them to visualise and experience it.
Tutoring Experience:
I have experience in teaching as a Lecturer at university level for 2 years. Also, I have experience in tutoring students right from schools to college level along with one to one personal tutoring at homes. These experiences have made me understand to explore student's interest in their subjects and provide them adequate supporting material to enhance their learning experiences.
Approach to Grinds:
**Specialized in giving Leaving Cert Chemistry grinds**
I use both conceptual and exam oriented approach during grinds and provide important notes for concise reading of the subject. I customise my grind as per the course structure of different colleges/Universities. This help me to focus and get best from the grinds in minimum time.

My daughter is studying leaving cert honours chemistry, she feels he has a very thorough understanding of the course and that one on one tuition with Aliabbas has made a huge difference to her progress. She also feels he is ambitious for her to do well and wants the very best for his students. We have great respect for his enthusiasm and dedication, and we can not recommend him highly enough. In addition he is very flexible, he agreed to continue with online tuition since the outbreak of the Covid 19 virus and that has also been working out very well.

The six lessons I did taught me much, and were excellent value for what I achieved in my exam. I failed two c.A's before booking him and our last one I got the 2nd highest result in our class.I am a mature student and haven't studied in a long time. He is so encouraging and has a knack of explain things simply, ensuring your understanding. Very professional and jolly. His knowledge on organic chemistry is brilliant, you can tell he has experience as a lecturer. He did so much homework on my curriculum, sent me a lot of reading material that corresponded with my lectures and brought lots of material. He made a huge effort to get to our house getting a train and two buses and made sure you understood what was covered before he left, didn't get up and leave mid Q like a previous tutor. He really enjoys teaching and goes above and beyond to help you do well. I'm so happy I have finally found a great tutor !
