Personal Description:

Hello! I am Aidan, I have recently completed my master's degree in physics at Lancaster university and moved to wexford for a gap year.

My speciality is in physics and through studying for my degree I developed an advanced understanding of applied mathematics.

Through working in the outreach team at Lancaster university, I have gained experience in working with young people and in science communication.

I am keen to tutor students of all abilities so if you are struggling with maths or physics or you are looking to extend your understanding then get in contact!

Tutoring Experience:

As an outreach ambassador for Lancaster physics I have worked with young people of all ages to promote the study of physics. This position has helped me develop skills and confidence in discussing physics with all age ranges and all abilities.

Approach to Grinds:

I aim to provide a student led experience. Prior to each session I want to hear from you about what you would like to work on, whether it is something you have been struggling with in class, a topic you want to deepen you understanding of or a particular piece of work you would like help with.

Taking breaks is essential to concentration and so in our sessions I will always try to plan in breaks to keep each session engaging and productive.

I hope to provide a different approach to problems and topics to what you may have learned in class.
