The Zoom meetings were finally established and Aidan is showing me how great a teacher he is, very knowledgeable of all the syllabus not only technically as well theoretically without being intimidating, in truth Aidan is proactive and adapts to the learning style of the student, that totally reflects the kind of hard work, time, and energy Aidan is putting to help people reaching their goals. Aidan makes sure that he gives 100% to his students.
Aidan is a super nice person. With the Zoom connection, Aidan went above and beyond to help me, and now, utilizing excellent explanation methods Aidan is doing the same with Accounting. So much appreciated, and I genuinely recommend Aidan to anyone who needs help, do not miss this opportunity to learn from the best.
I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with tax.
Aidan is extremely patient when helping you to understand questions and his methods are very clear and easy to follow.
Would absolutely recommend Aidan to anyone who is struggling with accountancy. 10/10
He is extremally engaging and breakdown information accordingly. He has an excellent pace, which made things easy for me as I have dyscalculia and take a bit of time to understand things.
I highly recommend Aidan to anyone looking for support, concise explanation and are about to take their exams.
Many thanks,
Caroline
I highly recommend Aidan to anyone looking for support or exam preparation.
we have found Aidan to be reliable. He is engaging while teaching and is very good at breaking down the information, making the subject material easier to understand .We are very happy to continue tuition with Aidan and would not hesitate to recommend him
Thanks
Paul
intricate details of both subjects. Would highly recommend him.
In terms of his teaching - there's no denying that Aidan is a good tutor - for the ONE and ONLY grind he offered me. Following this, it was a rigmarole of me chasing him for time, to which on the second occasion he cancelled, which happens. However, he could not find the time to reschedule - because he was too busy. And that I should contact HIM later in the week to get an update on his schedule as he has lots of other students.
I am appalled by his unprofessional manner in dealing with paying customers who are young students desperate to seek help with their university modules. I understand that he is busy - but he should not falsely advertise that he is 'happy to help' when he cannot fit me in to tutor at all. It's misleading and frankly extremely frustrating where time is of the essence for an ambitious student who wants to do well in her exams. I work part-time along side university and paid this money out of my own pocket. I would much prefer for him to simply say that he would not be available to teach me.
I was contacted by client on Monday 29 Oct 2018 at 11:31 by text message requesting that I let the client know my availability. I replied 7 minutes later at 11:38 acknowledging receipt of the message and confirmed that I will let the client know my availability. (I was attending a conference and didn’t have my diary with me.)
I responded to the client the next day being Tuesday 30 October at 14:05 and offered to meet the client that Saturday 3 November 2018 at 18:00. Client requested 17:00 and I agreed as I understand it is important to be flexible. “Days” therefore did not pass for me to find a slot, it took me circa 24 hours for me to check my schedule and to revert.
I disagree that I was dismissive as I replied within minutes and have met the client within days of making initial contact. I do indeed have a busy schedule as I am a highly sought-after tutor where students travel from all over Ireland to attend my classes / workshops / lectures.
We had our first class on Saturday 3 November at 17:00 and the client was very happy and wanted to book more sessions and in fact wrote a lovely review on this site rating me 5/5. We arranged our next class via text message at 12:05 the following afternoon, Sunday 4 November. I therefore disagree that it was a “rigmarole” of the client chasing me and it was in fact me who had initiated the contact to arrange the next class, within 24 hours. We arranged to meet the following Saturday 10th November.
I did have to reschedule this class due to extreme and adverse weather which resulted in Met Eireann issuing a Yellow weather warning on the Friday before, which was well noted in the media (**Web Address Removed**)). I lecture all over Ireland to Accountants, trainees, students etc and I had to stay with family down the country due to adverse weather. I asked the client to check in with me during the week to arrange our next class as I was keen to meet, having read and reviewed the numerous documents consisting of 100’s of pages sent by the client in preparation for our next class. I find it ironic that I had to request this information numerous times from the client as the client was too busy with other things as per the client’s text message sent at 07:22 AM on Tuesday 6th November.
I had asked to client to check in with me during the week to re-arrange our class but the client never did. I assumed the client was too busy over them few days and I waited patiently for the client to propose a date / time. I had lots of availability that week so I didn’t really mind being totally flexible. I never did actually hear from the client again until reading this review.
Having read the review I was quite surprised and tried on a couple of occasions to phone / text the client but to no avail. I was quite surprised to see this review as the client was very happy with the class, had rated be 5 / 5 and wanted to come back but did not contact me.
The reason why I decided to reply because it is the first somewhat negative feedback that I have ever received from teaching potentially 1,000’s of students at all levels from trainees to qualified accountants and Tax Advisors. I do my best to accommodate all client requests and meet clients at mutual times. I am a full-time lecturer and am expert in both Accounting and Taxation at all levels so I was happy to help and it is what I have a passion for.
I provide these classes because I genuinely love teaching and love my choose field. I lecture in numerous different companies / bodies / professional firms and find it ironic that there is a possibility that I will again be lecturing my former client through her employer! Most clients do pay their fees out of their own pocket, but some of the large professional firms do cover these costs directly for their junior trainees.
I pride myself on my excellent professional services – and I think every single other student on this site over the last few years has rated me 5 / 5. In fact, this client too did rate me 5/5 but decided to change the rating and review when I had to reschedule due to a national weather warning.
I can control the number of A's you get in your studies, but I unfortunately I cannot control the weather. If only :-)
I would most definitely be going back to him again.
As an stressed student with 3 days to an important exam I got the support and reassurance that is need before an exam
Would recommend booking in advance…
The exams!
Thanks again.
Best of luck in the exam today. I look forward to working with you.

Came to my house in very short notice. He got through so much in 2 hours which helped me with my exams.
I have recommended Aidan to my colleagues in work amongst others.
