Tom was responsive and friendly from the outset. We worked out a lesson arrangement that was convenient for both of us and my first lesson was excellent. Tom was also responsive in answering a couple of follow-up questions following the lesson, by email. Tom is clearly knowledgeable, professional and importantly friendly and encouraging.
