As an older beginner I was a little nervous about my first lesson but Mariana immediately put me at my ease. She is an excellent teacher and I would recommend her to people of all ages and abilities. I've only had a couple of lessons so far but I already look forward to my time with Mariana and I actually like doing the 'homework' she leaves me. I am keen to do my practising and I'm even beginning to read music a little. I put all this down to the relaxed atmosphere that Mariana creates in her time with me.
