A few months ago I began to learn the alto recorder with Laura, having recently retired from a lifelong career in education. Therefore my opinion of her and her teaching is informed by my extensive experience of many teachers and teaching methods, as well as my own specific experience as her pupil. I am very happy to say, without any reservation, that she is a terrific teacher - kind, knowledgeable, and always encouraging of my efforts.
