Very nice and pleasant tutor, who is clearly extremely very good at what she does. She comes across very well and is articulate. She had a good rapport with my kids quickly and they took to her. She is a very intelligent lady with an impressive CV. However, she seems to be always rather busy, and communication is rather poor. There is a long lag between texts when arranging appointments, around 2-3 days. While this may be acceptable among friends, she can probably work on this aspect of her professionalism a lot more. Overall, at this stage of her career, she comes across strongly as a performer rather than a tutor. This suits us adequately for now, but it may not be what every family is looking for long term.
