Information About Will - Liverpool teacher

Personal Description:

I have recently completed a masters in Music & Audiovisual Media at the University of Liverpool, having previously studied music at Bachelors level at the University of East Anglia.

I am a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and a keen enthusiast about many genres of music including classical, jazz, folk and music for media.

Tutoring Experience:

I teach clarinet, saxophone, piano and ukulele from beginner-intermediate level and also to the casual player - I particularly enjoy teaching music theory and composition to advanced level.

I have taught both younger and adults.

Tutoring Approach:

I have a calm and patient attitude to teaching and understand that every student is different. I believe in tailoring every 1:1 lesson to that specific student, and by establishing what they music they enjoy and what music they want to be able to play, I find that this helps to nurture a positive attitude and real sense of enjoyment towards their musical practice.
