Information About Steven - Hove teacher

Personal Description:

Hi, I'm Steven, I'm 25 years old and I'm a multi instrumentalist. I've been playing music since the age of 12, mainly focusing on songwriting, but I do have a deep knowledge of music theory, guitar and piano. I'm new to the Brighton area and I'm excited to hopefully meet some new people through this and help some people through the beginning stages of learning an instrument

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught people in my hometown of Suffolk in the past, but the area isn't massively musical. I'm hoping to find more students and make teaching a larger part of my musical career.

Tutoring Approach:

I'd like the atmosphere to be one that jovial and comfortable. I want students to feel like they're in control of the session at the same time. So I'd ask if there are any songs in particular they want to learn, or any specific targets they want to meet and tailor sessions towards that. I am happy to go through exam material and enter students into exams on their behalf.
