Personal Description:
I am an East Anglia based freelance classical musician and teacher. I graduated from Cambridge University in 2022 with a degree in Music, and also hold an ATCL diploma on both piano and violin and Grade 8 Music Theory. I have a deep love of music from Gregorian chant through to 20th Century.
Tutoring Experience:
Informal aiding of others when in a leading position in instrumental groups and choirs.
Tutoring Approach:
I am keen to teach with patience and encourage students to gain confidence and develop their understanding of music and practical skills.
In music making I believe in the importance of communication and musicality above and beyond solid technical achievements.
I am more than happy to adapt lessons to suit those with learning disabilities.
