Personal Description:
I'm a dedicated and experienced music teacher based in North London. I hold a PhD in Composition from the Royal Academy of Music, where I was made an honorary Associate (ARAM) in 2019. Nominated for four British Composer Awards (Ivor Novello), my music has been performed internationally. I also hold an MPhil in Composition from the University of Birmingham and a 1st class BMus degree from the University of Sheffield. I enjoy teaching privately and at the Royal College of Music and Trinity Laban Conservatoire junior departments.

Tutoring Approach:
I passionately believe in giving students the tools they need to unlock their full potential. I specialise in teaching grades 5-8 Theory, Composition, and GCSE and A-level Composition and Analysis. Each lesson is tailored to the particular needs of the pupil and is designed to stimulate and inspire, whilst covering all technical areas.
