Information About Olga - Manchester teacher

Personal Description:

I completed both my undergraduate and postgraduate degree in violin performance at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and then I continued my study at the Liszt Academy in Budapest. Over the years I gained performance experience both as a soloist and an orchestra player. Alongside my performing career I developed passion for music education and gained my practical experience whilst working for different music schools and summer music courses across the UK

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching violin and music theory to children aged
5 -17 and adults for the last 7 years. I tutored violin at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire Junior Department, and at Pro Corda Violin Courses, preparing students towards auditions for Music Colleges. Currently I work at Chetham's Shool of Music. I am experienced in teaching through ABRSM and Trinity grades, as well as Suzuki method.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that inspiring, motivating and most of all supporting young musicians is crucial to their development and overall well being. I understand that every child is able to achieve their best results whilst maintaining regular supervision and support that will help them achieve their full potential.
