Personal Description:
Nikoletta is a vocal performer, vocal and piano teacher, and composer born in Cyprus in 1999. She is a Royal Holloway Alumni (BMus – MMus) specialising in Composition, under the supervision of Dr. Mark Bowden and Dr. Nina Whiteman, and Performance, under the tuition of Robert Greenhill and Dr. Mary Dullea. Nikoletta has 5+ years of experience in the industry, exploring a wide range of repertoire ranging from Musical Theatre, Pop vocals, Contemporary Classical Composition, to Film Scoring and Songwriting.
Tutoring Experience:
Nikoletta has 5+ years of experience in tutoring students of all ages to achieve their goals in the performance and composition fields, as well as a vocal, piano, and theory & analysis tutor. She has worked as such privately, as well as a music teacher at Thomas Knyvett College, an Intern for the Annual Summer Programs of the Classical Conservatory of Larnaca, as well as assisting first-year Degree students at Royal Holloway University of London.
Tutoring Approach:
Nikoletta works with a personalised plan and approach for every student, a structured plan set by the following parameters: the goals of the student, goals of their parents, the available time for the student to practice at home, and by working on the musical needs and technical development of the student through an approachable repertoire for engaging the students with their beloved musical genres. A-levels and Graded systems also welcomed, although still considered as part of the goals' parameters. Lessons should be fun, while both the students and the parents should have a say!

She has helped my daughter with techniques but most importantly her confidence.
The approach she uses is working well and she is having fun. My daughter is even trying to teach me now what she has been learning
