Personal Description:

Moteh is a creative and multi-skilled musician, with wide experience of the music industry and a love for teaching.

Aside from teaching, Moteh’s experience includes recording as a session musician many times at Rockfield studios, where ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and other classics were recorded, and has recorded original material with Grammy award-winning producer David Donaldson, producer of The Great Gatsby, Love Actually and Moulin Rouge soundtracks. He has played as a session guitarist for several artists, and in 2013 performed a showcase with a band in Tokyo.

For over a decade Moteh has performed live on a weekly basis, having toured several major UK festivals and venues with his original bands. He has also been part of function bands, playing weddings and other events regularly.

Moteh brings this experience to his lessons, both inspiring students and providing a working knowledge of the music industry.

Tutoring Experience:

Moteh is currently a songwriting and guitar tutor for Music Plus, a mentoring scheme for 14-19 year olds run by the Scottish Music Centre and supported by Creative Scotland’s Youth Music Initiative and The Robertson Trust.

As well as having taught as part of ACM Junior, at The Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, Moteh has over 10 years of private tuition experience with students of all ages, from beginner to intermedia**Contact Detail Removed**vel.

Tutoring Approach:

Moteh offers lessons in guitar, ukulele and songwriting for beginners and intermediate players of all ages, providing a relaxed environment for students to progress at their own pace. Lessons are tailored to student's individual goals and music tastes, with a focus on creativity and learning by ear.
