Personal Description:
I am a musician and educator. I trained at The London College of Music, winning the James Watson Brass Prize in my final year. As a musician I have performed in a wide variety of contexts from concerts in the Barbican Concert Hall with large symphony orchestras to club gigs with funk bands and everything in between.
Tutoring Experience:
I have over 20 years experience as an instrumental and classroom music teacher. I have held Head of Music positions in schools in London, the South East and South West of England. Many of my students have progressed to university and conservatoire Music courses and some now pursue busy careers in the Music industry.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to Music tuition is clear, fun and engaging. I always strive to tailor my lessons to the needs of the student. I firmly believe Music is for everyone and with a little effort all students can be successful.
