Personal Description:
Teaching is my joy, every day I am inspired by the students who walk through my door! I could tell you lots about everything I love in life, music, travel, languages, food, but the most important thing for me will be you, and helping you to get started or restarted on the most wonderful musical journey.
Tutoring Experience:
I’ve been teaching piano from my home since 2006, children and adults of all ages. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to those wishing to reconnect with an old skill! I have an ABRSM diploma in piano teaching and am currently teaching up to grade 8, including music theory to grade 5.
Tutoring Approach:
Relaxed, enjoyable, attention to the basics. Grades for those who want them (ABRSM syllabus) but I also have many students who don’t. My aim is to give you the tools to help you play the music you love, wherever you want to go I will help you to get there!
