Personal Description:
I am a fully qualified piano, guitar and bass guitar teacher with ABRSM (Associated Board of Royal School of Music) and Rock School certifications. I hold a Master's degree in music education from Greenwich Trinity Laban Conservatoire. I also hold DBS certification.
Tutoring Experience:
I have over 15 years of experience in teaching all age groups and all music styles (rock, pop, contemporary, classical and jazz). I have taught for local music services, private schools, home visits, and also run summer workshops.
Tutoring Approach:
I design the lessons I offer according to my students’ abilities, musical taste,s and time availability. I tailor the lessons depending on my students’ needs and musical interests while making sure they get a solid understanding of how music is made and how to perform it.
We play music, not do music. We must enjoy our music making/playing and with this, we will be able to express ourselves through music.
